The main focus of this project to help my students feel safe, supported, and able to authentically express themselves through art. With the use of playdough, markers, and coloring books, students will be able to feel a sense of calm, and will be able to increase their self awareness, mindfulness and have an outlet for their creativity. The materials included here will allow students and me to build their coping skills toolbox through experiential activities, play therapy, grounding exercises and more. Thank you for helping me in supporting our youth and their mental health!

About my class
