I teach in a lower economical and social demographic area. Entering Jr High can be one of the hardest transitions for students to make. During these years, students are just trying to figure out who they are and where they fit in with life. Students love hands-on activities and practical learning that can be used throughout their life. As a CTE Jr High teacher, I see the importance for students to be engaged academically in their learning and find where they belong in school. I love working with this age group. They want to learn and have fun.

About my class
