Microcontrollers are quickly becoming more prevalent in the world. These kits will give physics students an opportunity to create and program engineering projects and engage and explore the variety of things that small, powerful computers are able to. Students learn best when given engaging hands-on activities that spark their interest and curiosity. The Raspberry Pi and Arduino platforms provide a safe and accessible, yet challenging way for students to plan and develop ideas. With guidance from an experienced teacher, students will develop prototypes and experiment with different programming solutions to solve real-world problems.
