Most of my students are English Language Learners who are learning and building a new vocabulary. To help my students build their confidence in their reading and writing, I chose the following resources: books, writing journals and learning sight words. I am confident that these materials which include the learning of sight words, books and journals will help their language arts growth. Most of these are books in which they can identify themselves, sparking an interest in reading. The writing journals will help them become more independent and creative with their writing.

About my class
