Many students have fallen behind in reading. While we aggressively work to catch them up, we want to make sure students are enjoying the journey. Students need access to many kinds of books so they can discover what they are passionate about. Many don't have books at home, so this specific project is to use literature as a reward. When students do their best and/or reach a milestone, they will be given a token to choose a book to take home, to be theirs forever. We hope to inspire a love of reading in every child.

About my class
