The flexible seating will help students who need a flexible option or have been use to having this option because of at home learning. By having flexible seating, students have the ability to rock and move side to side without distracting themselves or peers. The magnetic whiteboards will help tier 2 small groups and directly address learning loss. Many headphones were lost during at home learning. These headphones will help students have a comfortable headphone option while working on resources that are helping students learn concepts they did not master during pandemic impacted remote learning. Being able to have these resources ready and available, means each student has access to what they need and their own materials for any mode of learning.
