My students do not have the luxury of being able to have virtual reality games at the tip of their fingers. I teach at a Title I school, receiving an Oculus and stools for students who struggle with social and emotional behaviors in a Special Education setting will help reinforce good behaviors and rewards in the general education settings. My unit is often used as their safe haven with not much to offer as rewards other than movie time or Chromebook time, receiving these items will increase the positive behaviors in my students and engage them in learning.
