With the advancement in technology, children these days don't go out and play in the sand and dirt and get messy. By building a sensory table in our school it will help the children explore new textures, feels and experiences. Our high school students will be able to use these sensory table options for lesson they can prepare for the little children they serve. What a great experience for both age groups. This CTE Early Childhood Education Class/ Lab is our future! These high school students are the teachers the education system will desperately seek out. Let's give them an incredible experience as a student teacher so they fall in love with teaching. We know that the little kids already will fall in love with any new sensory table adventures. Thank you!
