Acquiring these books will help students learn a new language and will engage them. Students enjoy reading readers at their level and this funding would allow me to buy readers for beginning levels of Spanish and English. My hope is to increase the language acquisition, fluency, and comprehension to both my students learning Spanish as a second language and to my students learning English as a second language. Having varied and fun books that are easier to comprehend, will enhance their language acquisition journeys. Reading is essential for language acquisition and comprehension.
