The boogie boards will help my students be able to use a different norm other than paper and pencil to show their work. In first grade we write lots of words and this is a way we can write them in a new and fun way. My students love hands on learning. This will help with their writing and their communication skills. This will help me be able to check for student understanding. It will eliminate transition time with getting out other tools to use. The Boogie Boards will also increase student engagement.
