In school, we have been asked to adjust and accomadate our learning environment for the changing times. I can do that with supplies for my classroom that will replenish used supplies, and add new brighness, color, and calm to an otherwise crazy world. To begin, I need a new carpet and lighting for my classroom. I have students with autism almost every year, and I need to have some calming lights and supplies for helping them focus and get control back. I also need to improve my inventory of supplies to keep things safe and sanitary. The paper towels and wipes zip out of my classroom like snow in July, so these need to be stocked on a regular basis. These items will help my classroom function more smoothly, and be a great place for kids to feel calm and accepted. The best way to get them to learn is take care of their emotional needs first. Thank you in advance for helping me to accomplish this.
