In our classroom math is a working, social and emotional time - we work together in a very interactive lesson environment in which we are learning and having fun. This is so important since COVID where we were inhibited in each of these areas; social, emotional as well as learning. Now that we are together again, motivation to learn, work and acheive together are more important than ever. I would love for my students to have tools to make their learning experiences easier and more focused. I would like to give my class portable writing pads that they can use to do partner work, and use during our interactive lessons in class, somewhere they can easily show and share their thoughts and strategies without running out of ink like dry erase markers so easily do! Technology is a big part of our classroom, we have chromebooks to complete our lessons on and the use of mice helps students more quickly and easily navigate their online world. These two things paired together would make a more efficient learning environment!
