Using white boards and markers is a daily activity that is used several times throughout the day. The children absolutely love using these! They are used to write words and easily change letters and sounds to create new words. We spell words and write sentences and then are able to read them. These boards are essential when solving math problems. Because they are magnetic, we are able to also use magnetic letters and numbers on the boards, as well. Using white boards cuts down on paper usage and will help the earth in the long run. My current white boards are almost destroyed. They have many scratches in them and are very discolored. The bags will be used to help to protect the boards from the scratches and dings that occur. The mirrors will be used to help the children with their speech as they say the sounds and read words. The masks have caused many speech problems and the mirrors will be a vital tool in helping the children to look at their own mouths as they say sounds and read words.
