The materials purchased will give our students an opportunity to explore different types of media from drawing with pen and ink to block printing. These consumable materials will be used in the classroom during this school year when students have struggled during the past year or so trying to create art online without even paper or pencil. Drawing and printing on classroom grade paper are not ideal as the inks tend to saturate the fibers of the paper causing it to wrinkle. Using higher quality pens, inks, and paper will allow the creative process to be unhindered. It would be a huge relief for me and my students to just dive in and create some amazing artwork!
