These materials will be added to the counseling office to create a wellness room. We have a few materials already but this will add activities for students when they need to take a mental health break. We have also included music activities for students to participate in music workshops to find healing. Students have access to the wellness room to spend 10 -15 minutes to calm down and have a mental health break. These activities include coloring, fidget toys, zen sand gardens, and mediation cards. The musical instruments will be used for music workshops for students who want to find healing through music.
