When I taught in Colorado, my school provided all teachers with a Surface Pro. That enabled me to work and teach in any classroom, and to generate and edit any kind of files or document like word and pdf. The only way I can do that now in the reservation is by using the desktop in my classroom. Unfortunately, I can't carry my desktop with me everywhere. The single most important lesson I have learned from the hardship of Covid-19 is that I need to be flexible, accommodating, adaptable, versatile and creative to meet the learning and emotional needs of my students. With a surface pro, I will be able to do everything I can only do now with my desktop. No matter where I am, I would still be able to work on my lessons using any program of choice.
