Our get out and explore the town project will get the kids out side once they have finished their longboards. This project will help improve their skills such as design, planning, cutting, gluing, sanding, and finishing. It will also tap into their creativity as they get to design how it is shaped. Research ideas of speed and motion and what designs do the best. These skills can come in handy later in life in their field of work. It will help them learn about planning and executing a plan as they work on designing and creating their long boards.

About my class
