The composition notebooks, scissors, glue sticks, and neon paper are all core items that my students need in order to create meaningful math journals. This is where they will glue in notes, reference sheets, and other artifacts to help make their mathematical learning more meaningful. These math journals will help my students become mathematicians. They will be used to help my students become problem solvers who will have all their handy resources in one organized place. I will print out notes on the neon paper. Then they will glue them in and organize their math journals in a meaningful way. They will need the scissors to cut out papers and fit them into their journals.
