My goal is to have many of the STEM items set up at my Science/STEM center to use during our center time. Being able to offer the Fine Motor Manipulatives at the beginning of the day and again at center time, will add to the educational opportunities in my classroom to help each child in gaining the fine motor strength they need to begin writing. These manipulatives and games will help make each child in my class build a great mind and get a great foundation for the rest of their lives! We focus on social skills in our classroom throughout the day and especially when doing centers in my classroom. These skills are: communication, cooperation, collaboration, critical thinking. The areas I chose to add to in my classroom were Science/STEM, art, music, fine motor areas. My students will benefit greatly from having a wealth of resources to use at school to learn and grow and gain the skills they need!
