COVID-19 has created a nation full of digital learners. We live in an age where digital citizenship is critical for future jobs in the 21st century. Current classrooms may be held in-person, online or a combination of both. I have taught in all three situations. During the spring of 2020, my classroom was completely online. During 2021, I taught twenty students in person and five students online throughout the whole school year. In 2022, we have switched to online learning for brief periods of time. If my students do not have technology in the classroom, and technology they can check out to take home, they are unable to learn. This creates a discrepancy between students who have access to home-technology and those who do not. Having two extra chrome-books will enable some of my students to access technology at home. Also, having an Apple TV will create engaging learning experiences for my students both in the classroom and at home. Thanks!
