The goal of my project is to promote kids to explore and learn for themselves. I believe that play should be incorporated into learning so that kids are excited to enhance their knowledge. In class, we learn about the human body, space, rocks and fossils. We also focus on reading and writing, since subjects are crucial for success in the classroom. The materials I chose for this project included educational games, sensory bins, physical manipulatives, fact cards, building blocks, books, along with reading and writing help. All of these materials are hands on and visual to give my students the opportunity to discover how fun learning can be. I intend to organize all of these materials in the bins that are included in my purchase so that I make learning easy to navigate. I know that this project will be very beneficial for my students as not all of them have the resources at home to learn and explore. Thank you for the chance to build my learning environment!
