Many of my students families have been hit really hard with COVID. My students are either taking care of their families at home and are sometimes too scared to attend school. Having extra books that I can send home and lessons plans available for distance learning from teachers pay teachers will help educate my students while they are taking care of their responsibilities at home. This will be a great opportunity for my ELL students whose absence rate has increased significantly since the pandemic hit and will hopefully reassure them that even though life has changed at home their education is still of utmost importance to us here at Cache High.
