Pushing students physical abilities is a tricky task. Every student is at a different ability level so with this set of medicine balls we will be able to have students of all levels perform a variety of tasks. We will use these medicine balls to allow students to perform exercises that use resistance in various ways. Students will build confidence both physically and emotionally in my class. This project will give students a chance to build strength and confidence in and out of the gym. I have seen first hand the benefits of students and exercise. Using a variation of exercise equipment is the key of keeping physical fitness fun and exciting.

About my class
