When the students have access to these headphones with mic they will be able to record themselves without picking up all the extra noise around them. Having the kids record themselves for example a reading a passage with words containing the "focus" sound allows for me as the teacher or parents to know exactly how they have mastered the sound & have applied it while reading independently. This helps me to individualize what the students need more practice on or will allow me to move them onto the next level.
