Math games can be fun and engaging. These math games will help make sure that the young social emotional learners in my classroom, some of whom are also English Language Learners, can feel success as they learn essential math skills that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. These games and manipulatives will not only make learning the initial concepts less intimidating and more fun, but the hands-on aspect will help to make the concepts more concrete. Your donation will also provide Tempera paint, watercolor paint sets, and other essential art supplies that we have been missing this year. My art projects are always an extension of what we are reading or writing about. Some of my students' families are not able to donate to our classroom supplies. Art supplies take a backseat, unfortunately, as we prioritize what we ask families to contribute.
