In my health class we talk a lot about mental health, resiliency, self esteem, and coping skills. The goal of this project is to encourage overall wellness for each student and teach several ways to cope with their current struggles. The items I chose on amazon are all games to help with learning mindfulness, coping skills, social skills, anger management, and boosting self esteem. Through doing various projects last semester, I learned that many of my students struggle with their mental health through depression and anxiety. These games can not only help my students in their academic achievement through boosting mental health, but can also be used in real-world situations outside of school.
