Coming out of the effects of the COVID-19 shut down, students come to school but it seems like sometimes they don't know why they are there. Students fidget and have a hard time sitting still, thus I have requested wobbles and fidget bands for seating. Due to COVID shut downs the achievement gap is larger than it has ever been and more small group instruction is needed to meet needs and assess student learning. For this purpose I have requested various types of whiteboards and a whiteboard table for small group time. In addition to often not wanting to come to school, students need to feel happy and secure, so for that I have requested art supplies that will motivate them to learn in a more creative and hands on way.
