Hands on science experiementation is a way to gain excitement and reengage students in classroom experiences that they've missed during covid. For example, the metal bottles will be used to show air expanding when it is heated by blowing up a balloon. The students are so surprised! Kids love science! They just need to experience it to know that it's the best part of their day. The thing that makes it great is the hands on learning that takes place and the thrill of seeing students lightbulbs come on when they finally "get it".
