In the case that students would be doing distance learning again, I can use these materials to do demonstrations virtually and help them find resources around their home to do the activity or project along with me. For example, when discussing fossils I can use the dino rocks to demonstrate how archaeologists dig up fossils. I can also use the rockets to show how force plays a role in the launching of rockets. When discussing microscopes I can teach students about different materials scientist look at and why that is important to new scientific discoveries!
