So many possibilities with new mats....Yoga poses, stretching and meditation, curl-ups, Pilates and so much more. With mats, our gym will be a lot more versatile and students will benefit from the physical activities that will translate to mental and emotional benefits for them. We currently have a good storage cart for mats so we will be able to store and utilize easy access of the mats for years to come. Exercise mats will be used daily in our Physical Education classes at Pleasant Grove High School for warm-ups, exercises, and cool-down routines.
