This project will help students to connect their theoretical knowledge with the physical sensations experienced during PE to understand why and how their bodies react to different types of physical activity. The heart rate monitors will educate them on the connection between physical activity and health along with making them aware of how hard they can, and have, pushed their bodies when exercising. Having these heart rate monitors available to students will make accurate data readily available which means students can spend less time measuring their heart rates manually and more time participating in physical activity to sustain a healthy life.
