The supplies I am requesting will go towards helping students who have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. The students need to be engaged in activities that will promote fine motor development to improve their ability to participate in the classroom curriculum. By donating these materials, it will expand the variety of activities I am able to present to students in areas that interest them. The students will remain engaged and will be able to develop their fine motor skills and gain self confidence in their abilities. My students find joy and pride in simple activities like matching colors, sorting shapes, holding a pencil, writing their name, etc. My students are full of potential, they just need extra help and support to get there.
