The materials that I have requested will allow students access to learning materials both in school and at home. I have requested materials that fit into the preschool core in the areas of science, social studies, behavior, social-emotional, physical education, math, literacy and special needs. Students will be able to have materials that are tactile, visual and hands-on. COVID-19 has affected my students by causing them to miss school due to being sick or needing to quarantine. These materials will be just one way that I am able to supplement home learning and give parents access to materials that they might not have otherwise. These additional materials will allow my students more opportunities to access the curriculum through hands-on learning opportunities.
