These materials will be used to help kick start the GSA (gay straight alliance) at my school. The button makers in this project were selected because I believe they would be a fun tool to for activities as well as a revenue generating tool for the future. The other items are selected for their creative and connective power. When students feel safe, connected, valued, and understood at school their ability to focus on their academic studies increases dramatically. Schools with GSAs are safer for all students. Thank you for your consideration.
