Technology has such an important place in todays fitness/ strength and conditioning world. We use technology in our classroom to enhance the learning experience. We are seeking a TV to display the audio and visual aspects of our curriculum. We will show proper techniques and fundamentals of essential lifts and exercises. We will be able to display content specific to our units of learning such as muscular strength, endurance, nutrition, flexibility, mental and emotional health. This is just the tip of the iceberg in what we will be able to accomplish with this project.
