My second graders are hands on learners who love to use physical objects and tools to learn. Due to a lack of funding, I have never been able to supply them with the sets of manipulatives they need to master Math concepts in our class. With the generosity of Donor's Choose, I am really hoping that we can make number concepts and geometry come alive for my kids. They love to play and work with real life scenarios in Math, and being able to use manipulatives will really solidify their learning. Please help me give my students a fun and valuable Math learning experience. When we integrate hands on learning, it helps their lessons become life time knowledge.
