I have requested resources to help with 2 different classroom goals. The first is creating a positive growth mindset and the second are STEM resources. I believe this is an important part of learning. Not everything comes easily for all students all the time. They need to know what to do when they are having a hard time or struggling with a concept and these growth mindset resources will give them some tools to do just that. STEM resources will help teach the kids to think outside the box and explore and create in a hands-on way. This is especially important for students right now who have had less time in a school classroom than the average first graders in the past. The requested resources will also give students an outlet to explore and imagine as they learn.
