COVID has been hard on everyone but especially the students. The lathe is a very popular tool this year and I don't have a full setup for it yet. It is a mesmerizing tool to use as your project spins around and takes shape. The students love it and there has been a steady stream of projects this year. I want them to be able to do more with it. These items will help complete our turning equipment and restock items we are low on. Many of my students say they only came to school so they could work on their projects. I want to keep motivating them and get them through the doors so they can continue to learn. Help the students turn a rough year into a smoothly crafted project!
