I can grow professionally by having additional instructional materials to help teach and support my students with IEP goals and academic needs. My students will benefit from these materials since they can be scaffolded and delivered at their individual levels. This gives them confidence in their learning ability. As an RSP teacher, I have seen the need to supplement academic materials with other resources to ensure students can grasp each academic concept. I also need to focus my lessons and instruction based on my students' IEP goals and their areas of need.
