Students in my class will have the opportunity to read, study, write about, collaborate and learn from the books I have chosen. My fifth grade students are at a point where they read to learn and I strive to foster a love of learning in our classroom. Many students did not read at all during COVID online learning. I have found when we read as a group and collaborate together, they become excited and more engaged in reading. I want each of my student's to leave my classroom with a love of good books.
