The students I am currently working with did not have the opportunity to finish Kindergarten, and many had a broken up first grade year. We have made it a major goal in my grade level and team to take time for small group intervention time. This allows me to address the holes in my students learning and give them the time they need to get caught back up. This time has been so effective for students at all levels of learning. Having a class set of headphones will allow my students to better get the individualized instruction they need on their computers, while I give the individualized instruction they need in person. This will benefit their learning so much!
