Thanks to this project my students will benefit from a motivational approach to learn Spanish. Since they are organized in groups to help them to develop language and socioemotional skills, groups will receive prizes when performing language activities and develop team skills. Every group will receive a point when successful. After 20 points, all members in the group can take a prize from the treasure box. Every student will be motivated with at least one prize a week. This way the more they learn the more prizes they will get. Apart from learning Spanish and developing socioemotional skills (so necessarily included in my class after COVID-19), they are practicing math skills of counting and fluency in operations to 20.
