My students haven’t had a typical year of classroom learning. They have been remote nearly their entire time in school. Most of these students have never had an opportunity to learn at a place other than their desks, or within 6 feet of another student, with all the restrictions placed on them. I want to give my students an opportunity to learn somewhere other than their desks. Being on the carpet is fun and a great way to incorporate whole-class learning. Help these kids to gain that opportunity by providing them a safe space to work collaboratively.
