My diverse learners need books that reflect themselves at a variety of reading levels. We currently have one bin of 'multicultural' books instead of books with a variety of characters on every bin. Many of the books we have are also too hard for many of my readers who are bouncing back after pandemic education. The students also need some time sitting individually rather than in groups, necessitating the pencil bags. And we can NEVER have enough pencils! We go through them too quickly, partly due to not having individual storage (pencil bags).
