This fundraising initiative is aimed at providing Chromebooks to elementary students in SFUSD. Funds will support a group of 15 students in their summer learning goals and enable them to utilize SFUSD’s Clever Portal of online applications for reading and math. In today's digital age, access to technology has become increasingly essential for educational purposes. Unfortunately, many of our elementary students lack access to adequate technology resources, hindering their ability to engage in online learning. As we approach the summer break, it is crucial to bridge this gap and provide our students with the necessary tools to continue their learning journey. These devices will enable students to access online learning resources, engage with educational applications, and enhance their learning experience through interactive learning platforms like Clever and Khan Academy.
