The goal of the SH Library is to be a welcoming environment. Part of being a welcoming environment is having books written/translated into as many of the native languages of our students as possible. Portuguese is a rising language at SH and this project will bring many titles into our Library that have been translated into Portuguese. It's important for our students to have options available to them in both English and their native language. Finding titles translated into Portuguese is not easy via our traditional vendors and is very expensive, I'm hoping to fulfill some wishes while stretching out our yearly budget.
