This builds a sense of community, authenticity, value, worth and professionalism! Students can place their ongoing projects on the shelves and invite other students to leave constructive criticism throughout the day as other classes come in and out. The next day, students can read the feedback notes left by their peers and adjust their work accordingly. Students can work at home and in the classroom on a project and not have to put their projects on my floor, where they will get dirty and possibly crushed. Additionally, finished products can be displayed to celebrate the polished, professional, creative achievements of my students!
