These items will help my students to enhance their social emotional, literacy, and mathematical growth. The Magnatiles, waffle blocks, and mini building blocks will be a great tool to help my students increase their STEM experiences and fine motor strength. Included in STEM, the magnifying glasses will be a great way to increase my students' exposure to science materials and a great way to teach the appropriate way to use science materials. My students frequently ask me to set a timer when taking turns. The sand timers will be used often and will help them see the time they have left to wait their turn, while also giving them the independence to set a timer by themselves. The toys I have are mostly outdated and broken. The toys in my cart will help to replenish the classroom toys and give my students a positive play experience.
