Our school has various iPad carts. However, there are not enough available for second-grade usage on a daily basis. Your donation will allow us to have more technology in our classroom which will lead to an increase in student achievement. Students will be assigned specific skills to practice online to close the gap in their literacy deficiencies. Most of our students do not have access to a computer in their homes, therefore our classroom will allow them an opportunity to interact with technology while learning in a fun and alternative way. Having access to an iPad will allow scholars the opportunity to engage in online learning platforms at their own pace and in a variety of ways. Using technology allows room for growth and improvement while preparing students for greater possibilities in the future.
