These materials will aid in my special education students being able to see and understand mathematical concepts. Having this digitizer will add more meaning to lessons that are not readily learned or visualized by my students. These lessons can vary from simple topics such as money skills to geometrical shapes. Having a classroom digitizer would not only enhance my students' educational experience, but from their reactions to my informing them that I was submitting a project for a digitizer, I feel like it will also boost the class's overall esteem. One student commented, "…about time we get something good." Also the writing pen would be able to present better graphics and detailed on certain mathematical subjects such as the number line, pie charts, and graphs. By donating to my classroom project, you will really be giving students a creative, and technological classroom experience they will not otherwise receive.
